Presentation
The Supreme Court is court of first and last resort of excess power by executive authorities, as well as the legality of acts of local authorities. The Court is court of first and last resort of excess power by executive authorities.
Missions
It is the final authority in disputes enrollment as voters and elections to regional councils; municipal and rural under conditions set by the electoral code. The court may meet in assembly; has advisory jurisdiction. It may be consulted by the President of the Republic; President of the National Assembly and the government as provided by Article 20 of Law 2008-35 of August 7, 2008.
