Biography

Born in 1964 in Lao Airy (Podor) Mountaga Sy is an international framework, an MBA in Finance and Administration at the University of Quebec in Montreal and an Engineering Sciences Master of Polytechnic School of Dakar (Electrical Engineering). School Teacher of Normal University of Vocational and Technical Education (ENSEPT) Dakar Mountaga Sy is head of the factory Crown Cork and Seal Senegal in 1991. He then held various responsibilities within the institution until 2004. President and founding member of the Industrial Productivity Improvement Network of Senegal, Mountaga Sy is also director of Crown Food Europe and Director of Operations for Africa. It inherits the same time, the management of Laon plant located in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Picardy in France. Since 2004, the current Director General of APIX combines these features with that of General Manager of Food Quality and Processes in the Crown Group Europe. In 2005 he became a member of the Statistics Committee of AFNOR in Italy as part of the design and manufacture of innovative solutions in advanced technology. He coordinates the launch activities of ORBIT capsule.
