Biography
Former Normal School of Technical and Vocational Education (ENSEPT), Mamadou Talla is the Minister of Training, Learning and Crafts. Holds a Bachelor E and a Certificate in Technical and Vocational Higher Education (Caestp), it was first used as electrical engineering teacher in high school Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba Diourbel. Mamadou Talla left after a few years in France to study energy. He obtained a Master in 1994, followed by a Diploma in electrical engineering, industrial automation and IT school "Arts and Crafts" of Paris. In the exercise of his teacher by trade, he has lectured at the Academy of Yvelines in Paris (private school) and mentored students in sciences and industrial techniques. Besides his teaching activities, Mamadou Talla is also involved socially. The Minister was born on June 18, 1961 to Sinthiou Bamambé, in the Matam region. Mamadou Talla is the initiator of many social activities in his locality. It is, moreover, a member of "Fouta Health", an NGO which regularly organizes free medical days for the people of Fouta. The native of Fouta is also presented as the inventive Development Vice President Senegal (Dis), an association that promotes local development of the regions of St. Louis and Matam.
