Biography
After Youssou Ndour and Abdoul Aziz Mbaye Ndiaye Mbagnick is the third personality, since 2012, to hold the offices of Minister of Culture. Mbagnick Ndiaye contributed to the creation of several cultural associations. The latter include the Union of Cultural Associations Sérères better known under the name "Ndef Leng." Today retired sports inspector Mbagnick Ndiaye has a fairly rich history in sport. Graduate CNEPS Thies, it will be recruited by the State of Senegal as a middle manager. Assigned to Mbour (Thies), he was inspector, departmental head of department of Youth and Sports and Director of CDEPS. Two years later, he performed the same duties in Kaffrine and Nioro du Rip, until 1980. He subsequently received training in Inep Marly Le Roi (France), with a diploma Inspector of Adult education of youth and Sports in the key. Back home, he was entrusted with the permanent secretariat of the Senegalese federation of struggle. To date, he is president of the Senegalese Fencing Federation and the African Fencing Confederation since 2010. In politics, Mr. Ndiaye Mbagnick join in 2004 the first nucleus of the employees of the current President of the Republic he was the advisor for sport and youth first to the Prime Minister and the National Assembly until 2008. the Minister of culture and communication has written and published books including "How to create, administer and dissolve an association" or "the physical education lesson in elementary school: the method of PMK, to intention of the teachers. "
