Biography

After Youssou Ndour and Abdoul Aziz Mbaye Ndiaye Mbagnick is the third personality, since 2012, to hold the offices of Minister of Culture. Mbagnick Ndiaye contributed to the creation of several cultural associations. The latter include the Union of Cultural Associations Sérères better known under the name "Ndef Leng." Today retired sports inspector Mbagnick Ndiaye has a fairly rich history in sport. Graduate CNEPS Thies, it will be recruited by the State of Senegal as a middle manager. Assigned to Mbour (Thies), he was inspector, departmental head of department of Youth and Sports and Director of CDEPS. Two years later, he performed the same duties in Kaffrine and Nioro du Rip, until 1980. He subsequently received training in Inep Marly Le Roi (France), with a diploma Inspector of Adult education of youth and Sports in the key.
