Biography

Senegalese politician , Mr. Moustapha Mbaye is also a lawyer by training. Head of the Socialist Party ( PS ), it is since 2014 the president of the new County Council of St. Louis created with the new law of decentralization in Senegal. The lawyer has also led the list of the coalition Benno Bokk Yaakaar in local elections of 29 June 2014. At the time of his inauguration as head of the Socialist County Council , Mr. Mbaye got 44 votes out of 60 departmental advisers .
