Biography

Born in 1984 in Mbadakhoune in the Kaolack region, Papa Malick Ndour is far, the youngest president of County Council of Senegal's history. Son of the former president of the former rural community Mbadakhoune, Papa Malick Ndour is a macro-economist, expert on Public Finance. Expertise it implements within the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The president of County Council is, moreover, holds a Master 2-Economic Studies with a specialization in Monetary Economics, Finance and Banking at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar (UCAD). He also holds a Masters in Economic Analysis and Policy UCAD. Politically, Papa Malick Ndour was Deputy National Coordinator and Spokesman of the Movement of Students and Students Republicans. Founding member of Apr, it is also an asset manager for the Coordination of Republican Youth (cojer) and responsible policy in the department Guinguinéo. The Alliance for the Republic is the first party and campaigned there since December 2008. Prior Ndour Pape Malick was a trade unionist and defender of the student cause. Many times delegate and member of the executive committee of the Association of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Management (FASEG), he was the president of the rejectionist front, a coalition of all the forces of the FASEG that has had to wear many union battles in the grounds of the Faculty of Economics and Management.
