Biography

Saliou Samb is a Senegalese politician. Member of the Alliance for the Republic, political party created by the President of the Republic Macky Sall, Saliou Samb is now the primary responsibility of that party in the department of Mbour. It is also since July 2014, and for 5 years, to the head of Mbour County Council under the banner of the coalition Benno Bokk Yaakaar. Only candidate after polling day, the apériste won the chair of the County Council with a score of 86 votes out of 100 voting advisors. President Samb sharing, however, the management of the departmental institution with other political parties including the Alliance of Progressive Forces, also belonging to the presidential movement. Beyond its political agenda, Saliou Samb also handles sports matters. He is also the Chairman of Mbour Stadium, a Senegalese first division league club.
