Senegalese Agency for Tourism Promotion

 Decree No. 2004-1211 of 6 September 2004 created an autonomous administrative structure designated " National Tourist Promotion Agency".

It is placed under the authority of the Minister of Tourism .
                                
Missions
                
 The Agency is responsible for:
   Implement government policy in the areas of tourism promotion ;
   Bring to natural or legal persons , public or private working in the tourism sector technical assistance necessary for the promotion of their activities;
   Coordinated actions for the promotion of Senegalese tourism by all appropriate measures ;
   Generate synergies between different state partners in the development sector .
In addition, it is responsible for determining and achieving specific action programs for tourism promotion. It ensures permanent available, of information of any kind about the destination "Senegal" .
