Biography
Born in Taiba Ndiaye (Thies), Malick Ndiaye is banker holds an engineering degree and an agricultural economist of Higher Banking Diploma (BSEF) of the Institut Technique de Banque (ITB), the Conservatory national Arts and Crafts in Paris in 1995. Having almost his entire career at the Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole of Senegal (CNCAS), Malick Ndiaye was head of the Center Zone (Kaolack, Tambacounda and Diourbel) from 2000 to 2003. Then, he was branch manager in Kaolack for many years. Specialist banking Management, Ndiaye then assured the institution's representation in the bodies of negotiations and consultations on issues of development of production systems. From 2004, the current CEO of CNCAS landed in the management of the Credit. It is delegated to the Credit and the network and is responsible for credit management and network management comprises thirteen branches located in key regions of Senegal. Later, Malick Ndiaye was appointed Director of Credit with portfolio management of large customers, the credit records of the instruction submitted to the Board of Directors and validation of all credit files submitted to the Directorate General. After fifteen years of experience with responsibilities at different levels, Malick Ndiaye, forties, happens to head CNCAS in May 2015, with new challenges regarding, particularly, management.
