The Minister Delegate to the Minister of Women , Family and Children , in charge of Micro - finance and solidarity economy is headed by Mr. Moustapha Diop since July 22, 2014 .

Missions

 The Ministry Delegate to the Minister of Women, Family and Children, Head of Microfinance and Solidarity Economy, carries the name of the Minister of Women, Family and Children and under its authority, the powers of the latter in micro-finance and development of the solidarity economy. It can also replace the Minister of Women, Family and Children, the express authorization of the latter, in exercising powers indicated above. He participates in the regulation of women's organizations. The Minister Delegate to the Minister of Women, Family and Children, Head of Microfinance and Solidarity Economy, has, as necessary, to exercise its functions, services the Ministry of Women, Family and Children, including:

• the microfinance Branch;

• the Evaluation Directorate of Projects;

• National Women Credit Fund;

• the Impulse Fund for Micro Finance;

• The Women's Entrepreneurship Promotion National Fund.
