Presentation
The Ministry Delegate to the Ministry of Economy and Finance in charge of the budget is under the authority of Mr. Birima Manga.
Missions
The delegate ministry for the Budget, exercises on behalf of the Minister of Economy and Finance and under its authority the powers of the latter in the preparation and execution of the budget law, treasury management the state of preparation and implementation of legislation and tax and customs regulations and representation of the State before the State Council, the Courts and Tribunals. It can also replace the Minister of Economy and Finance, on the express authorization of the latter, in the exercise of all his powers. It can receive delegation of signature of the Minister of Economy and Finance in all matters. The Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of Budget, has, as necessary, to exercise its powers, the services of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. It ensures, on behalf of Minister of Economy and Finance, and under its control, the supervision of the LONASE.
