Biography

El Hadji Amar Bouya is a senior civil servant. Previously prefect of the department of Rufisque , he was elevated to governor when the Council of Ministers of 17 February 2016. Assigned to Tambacounda the day after his appointment, the regional executive head. He replaced Cheikh Kane Niane allowed to claim his pension rights.
