Born on September 12, 1977 at Thiaba in the Department of Fatick, Guedj Diouf is a senior civil servant occupation. After the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), he gained experience in various management positions, in three regions of Senegal before becoming governor.
Guédji Diouf began his career as Director of Education in Ena, it is then passed Head of the division of political and trade union affairs. Dakar, he served in the Louga position of Assistant Governor (2005-2008) as well as in the Matam region (2008-2011). Guédji Diouf was, between 2011 and 2016, Prefect in Linguere and of Pikine 2015A, 2016.
Since February 2016, Diouf Guedj was appointed governor of the region Kaffrine replacing Moustapha Dieng called to assert his pension rights. It has earned him 12 years after graduating from ENA, to get to this highest office of the territorial administration. In his academic trajectory, the now Governor of Kaffrine holds a degree in criminal law from the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar.
